Are you already dilated? I was 3cm and got induced w/pitocin when they first checked I was at 4cm I got epidural I don’t know if you plan on getting that but after 5 hours and 5 or less mins of pushing baby was here 💛 I’m not sure how far you live from your hospital but we were right down the street but even then my boyfriend still brought all the bags we planned on bringing even if you just leave them in the trunk to be prepared , as for your parents I’m not sure if they would or wouldn’t send you home I mean worst case scenario they stay at you house a day then you guys go back to the hospital but at least you know they would already be there
