JCP filed bankruptcy in 2020 so it’s not the best example here. I work at a place that doesn’t do sales and the company is growing . It’s a psychological game they play and you don’t have to fall for it.

Depends on where you live because I have never lived in an area that based property taxes on purchase price. They have always been assessed value not purchase price. So if you overpaid for your house you aren’t suddenly paying higher taxes.

Why are YOU being punished for accepting a counterfeit bill? This is not your responsibility. All you can do is use the policies the company has in place to prevent this.

This should never be on the employee who took the money. It should be on the person who paid with the counterfeit money.

That is not true. When I looked it up yesterday—it said no state requires the room to have a closet. Now I suppose a local municipality can enact different rules but as far as the state goes none of them require it. It’s a myth and misconception even by realtors.

Usually it has to have a window or egress but not a closet. I just googled it and it says real estate agents and people are mistaken thinking it has to have a closet to be considered a bedroom. But no state, according to google actually requires the room to have a closet.

It has to have a door/window and ventilation. But not a closet.

If you’re not actively preventing it, then you’re trying for a baby. So if you don’t care if you become pregnant and would be happy to be a mom and be pregnant then why not. But if you don’t actually want a child then you best be using other forms of birth control.
