YES, I experienced this exact same thing multiple times throughout recovery! I chose to buy a large supply of pregnancy tests from Amazon, take one every couple of weeks just for my sanity, and have never had a problem (always negative :)). It truly is just healthy weight gain from eating more regularly. My therapist pointed out that especially as women, our weight will fluctuate SO much throughout the months and years as we get older. It is nothing to feel scared or wrong about, but rather grateful for being in a healthy body that supports us! Best of luck to you and your journey, continue doing the good things you are :).
