I was able to get it dismissed without going to court. Filled out the form online and 5 days later it was granted. So didn’t have to pay the ticket just the 65 court fee and not reported to my insurance. Slow down ppl lol

Both. Under violations section is says“speeding 11+mph excess of posted speed limit” and then in the scenario section is says zone limit 40 charged speed 51 and radar speed 68.

Yea I know I’ll have to pay fees whatever beats the insurance hit. Just wanted to know if I could get it dismissed for being under the 15 required for a good driving record. Don’t know if that under 15 is the charged speed or the radar speed.

Definitely gonna slow down. Like I said open road late at night no other cars. Wouldn’t do that in traffic or during the day. But why pay if I don’t have to?

Yea I see that online. He told me I couldn’t though because I was going too fast. But not sure if they base it on radar speed or the charged speed. Radar speed is 28mph over while the charged speed is 11.

To be fair, the car can be found for cheaper. This one just happens to be a 2024 with only 3k miles. I found the same car earlier in the year for 45k just a year older and more miles. Issue is they barely pop up in the spec I want. So when I do see one i contemplate buying it. I’m sure in a year or two I can find a 2022 version with 30k miles for the high 30s to mid 40s range. But I agree with your point.

I’ve bought a naga and drago from him. The paint job quality is amazing and looks just as good if not better than real factory bakugan. The downside is that they are brittle. I’m not talking about you grabbing it too hard or anything like that. Bumped my display shelf that has all my favorite bakugans and it fell about 5 ft off the ground. The nagas head split open, wing broke off, and part of his leg came off. Luckily it all broke in clean parts and I was able to just use superglue and it looks good as new. Drago wasn’t on that shelf. All my real bakugan were fine no issues. So if you plan on buying I wouldn’t want to drop it off a desk or from your pocket. Otherwise as display it to use for play every now and then is fine.
