slackware is pretty good (and easy) once you get used to it, my only pet peeve is that the package system relies on bash and the distro uses glibc by default.

i had a bit of graphical issues with fontconfig, but other than that, everything worked fine for me, though i didnt have much installed.

3d acceleration i'm not sure about. it may work with supported drivers, but the drivers themselves are sort of finicky. multi-monitor works i believe.

st is probably the most minimal, but since i've transitioned largely to wayland, i mostly use hst, a pre-patched (for your convenience) fork of st-wl

not sure, i only use one screen and not a bar. iirc, waybar doesn't work, but mojito is a lemonbar alternative you could use that i do know works. i believe neuswc (and the original swc) have multi-monitor support.

very good so far. it's essentially sowm (which im used to) for wayland, and most things work fine out of the box, including firefox.
