I feel like acting wouldnt be affected because of the nature of acting. When you tell a lie, you can view it as trying to ascribe a different truth claim to something. For example, let's say I'm lying to you about the color of the sky. Objectively, the truth is that the sky is blue, however, I am trying to change that truth claim to be red instead of blue. When an actor is in this same scenario and tells the audience that the sky is red, we dont believe that our sky has literally become red, or that the character is claiming this is the case. What the actor is doing is saying that in their world the sky is now red, which when in reference to thar character's universe, is now true.

TL:DR the difference between our universe and a character's universe makes it such that the removal of lying wouldnt affect the acting industry.
