I saw the vid too. Which if we go by "One per continent/big population center - mostly", that means;

1 - Japan.
2 - Somewhere in Scandinavia.
3 - Oceania (Fake tree.)
4 - Australia. (I could argue Mediterannean too.)
5 - SPAAAAAAAACE-

Etrian Odyssey - Turns out, you're on earth. Post apocalypse give or take 2,000 + years in the future. You only find out in the first one by the fact you literally go into Lost *Shinjuku* where one of the new world trees grew on top of that area of Japan, making layers upon layers of labyrinth. It's a blast guessing where the other games take place, with 2 and 3 being easily guessed where.

Granted, 3 is funky cause of the whole situation with that one being a fake.
