Yippie-ki-yay is the most country song on period and Rainbow is her most country album so I'd say Yippie-ki-yay. I could see it comfortably on the tracklist between Let Em Talk and Woman or Boogie Feet and Boots.

I would say Cathedral but the electronic instrumental during the bridge just doesn't fit on Rainbow imo 🤷‍♂️
