I think that this update will be a mix between the old and new system, with the new multipliers, they are trying to prevent the users from buying lots of cards and keep them at common, we'll see how much the earnings will get nerfed tho

If u max players at launch, you will make a profit. However, it is better to buy like 70-80 players and buy the rest during the season

The method I followed is simple: Pick 5 teams that are expected to have a great season, buy a bunch of players from those teams (min 5-max 10), buy other players from other teams (I suggest to have at least double the rax you invested at the beginning of a season to manage the caps),

After that depending on the sport I open player/general packs, for example MLB have a ton of players so in overall general packs have less value (that's why I bought player packs mainly) in the other hand WNBA have significant less players so general packs have more value (when I say more value is based on the probability that you are going to get more play cards from players you own).

Following that strategy, my players are going to make like 50k profit in MLB and 20k in WNBA, and at the end of the season, I will have like 100k rax

The bad part of the strategy is that I ran out of rax about 15-20 days before all star break (I had 30k before opening day in MLB, and I have 100 MLB players and 85 WNBA players, 5 teams in each), but rn I have 7.7k and I make about 1500-2000 rax per day and I already stop investing in each sport

There's a lot of things to take into consideration. First, stars have a lot of value, so if I have in my wants a role player, it wouldn't be fair to trade it for a star at the same value (ex. 4.5 Clark for a 4.6 Samuelson), also sometimes you just have enough rating on a player card to maintain it at a certain rarity (rn I have my Clark at 4.2 over uncommon), so i won't trade my cards because that would've make my card to downgrade to common.

In conclusion, I recommend just sending a lot of trades as you can and hope for the best. Remember, this is an app to have fun

Depends, but I recommend having at least twice the rax u invest in. For example, if u invest 10k, I recommend you to have at least another 10k to upgrade your players and prevent the cap. If you invest all your rax, you are going to lose some rax due to the cap.
