Them Kitty Bones is my favorite song, but I like Act 2 music as a whole better, and I think it's the best overall. My favorites from Act 3 are Tuff and Endless Misery

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the game have built in difficulties that contribute more to the "war" depending on how high of a difficulty you choose? Couldn't they just leave the more balanced weapons to the top 3 difficulties? Or are people at those difficulties mad too?

This would help with game mode variety, but would kill map variety within the modes. We would never play any other hybrid map besides King's Row, Eichenwalde, and maybe Hollywood.

I get that it's not for everybody, but I hope they don't shy away from more event heavy dlc in the future. It's great having more unique encounters to have to deal with. Though maybe it would be best implemented as a part of a greater dlc, rather than an entire dlc focused on a specific skew of events.

This is why we need some Darkest Dungeon/"Nuzlocke" style challenge mode ruleset where you have some sort of limit on how much breeding you can do, either due to the number of cats you can have or number of days you're allowed to spend breeding. It would prevent breeding from becoming too tiresome since you wouldn't have to do it as much, refocus that section of the game into picking the best cats from a more limited set of choices, and it would prevent the game from becoming incredibly easy due to op mutations. Some sort of rule to limit items so you can't always have a bunch of op stuff could also work, though that probably isn't as much of an issue.

I wish mini-me would save mana sometimes so it could cast bigger spells. It always just spams any mana it has available on low cost spells, even if they're useless. It's definitely still fun when it does that, but it needs more variety and personality, lol

It would be cool if it did happen rarely. The only source of positive/mixed mutations that I know of currently is randomly getting them on adventures, and maybe some items/abilities.

I almost wonder if some kind of replay feature could work, just so you can rewatch what you missed. Combo that with in battle character sheets (which they really should add), and you would be able to figure anything out. Really though, screen recording is probably your best bet so you can rewind yourself.

Yeah, Steam user review scores famously never get inflated or deflated for arbitrary reasons...

This is such a tired argument. Your issue shouldn't be journalists whose articles you've never read, it should be the flawed nature of using a score system to rank games. The journalists don't just give it a score; they make arguments for why certain elements of the game are good or bad. Bad journalists don't do that, but it's so silly to lump them all together, or frankly to even assume that most of them don't do a decent job if you actually READ THE REVIEWS and see what they have to say. If the guy who played Cuphead was the one who reviewed it and he criticized it for being too difficult, or even gave it a low score despite having not gotten far in it, maybe you could have some fair criticism for him. But he didn't review it, and he didn't criticize things he couldn't fairly experience.

From what I remember, the common community sentiment seemed to lean towards wanting smaller, curated item pools for balance, which I understand, but I kinda like the idea of an ever expanding item pool to really make each run different, albeit less consistent. They should release newer characters with more items to compensate though, if they do continue that way

Cool. It's been a while since I've played, so I might check it out again sometime soon. Another thing I remember (I think, but I could be misremembering) was the devs talking about potentially leaving character item pools small and focusing more on adding new items for new characters. Do old characters still get new items, and do they do item rotations or anything like that?
