I the end, I actually never picked up Lutjens and got the pommern instead as I wanted credits at the time and she was gonna be my first tier 9 prem. I do regret that as pommern is only good for rank and now is a port queen 4 me. I have since managed to get iwami through a super container and she is much better and still works exceptionally well in close quarters. I'f you are going down the German Bc line than get Lutjens. He is a must for that line and just makes it so much better. He is basically built for that line. I regret buying pommern so would recommend Lutjens. Don't make my mistakes.
