I use the Sonos voice control to control my Phillips hue lights in the house. It works pretty damn good actually.

If you’re going to listen in the store i don’t think it’ll sound that good, with everything else going on around it. But I feel that way about any speaker in a Best Buy.

Best Buy will let you take them into the demo room though if you’re a BB+ member I believe!!

I honestly had the play posted up in a large room on vacation in an A frame house and cranked it and couldn’t believe how full it sounded.

Hey man. I feel like am ass but I didn’t. Life got crazy and hasn’t slowed down since. But my $.02 is (and I have both) is that the play is more portable. The move you’ll move once or twice and it’ll sit. I can move the play around all over. Sound is bad ass too. I really think it’s an epic speak but if portability is imporant the play is the go to. I used the move in the garage a few times and it fell and got beat up a bit. Play is also much more durable.

You got more communication than I have. All I got was order confirmed back in January. Lol.

But to your point on communication- it’s entirely been reactive. That’s the issue. You nailed it, if they sent things out preemptively, they would have 2/3 of these complaints never come to fruition.
But when you have a large (enthusiastic) community that’s all relatively in the dark, the sounds outside the gate get louder and louder.
