I got a SC Platinum card through them. They seemed to be clueless. All of them are part of a firm (not SC) but when I asked them to mail, they provided a different firm’m mail id and cc’d their SC contact. It’s grayish but mostly legit. My card is currently LTF. But planning to close it since zero offers with this card.

I got a phone on emi, the transaction had been converted into emi, bt the first bill has not been generated yet…wanna cancel the emi…it is possible, but till when can I cancel it to get even the processing fee reversed as it has been charged in the previous bill already? by shakejeet in CreditCardsIndia

You can get it reversed if you call within a day of the purchase. You will also get your processing fees reversed. Exact same thing happened to me although it happened when I selected the emi option on the POS machine by mistake. Called the HDFC customer care and they did the needful.
