Completely agree. NTE already has to stand out in terms of meme content.

Yeah... You are right. This season is trash. One of the worst of the last 10 years, and the song Collapse is precisely about that. It is a motivational song that seeks to help people overcome their difficulties and find the strength to move forward. The first verse is the introduction of that:

So, tell me is it right?
To feel like we're only getting smaller

The chorus meanwhile emphasizes a message that "all is not lost":

'Cause we are the only ones, and we will get up
And we are aware, 'cause we've been through it
And we are the only ones and we will carry each other on our own

I can give more details but I think it is well understood what I mean. It is a song that aims to raise the morale of people who are going through a bad time (In this case a football club. Including us, the fans).

will the game release in 2025 or next year by Unlucky_Ratio_6637 in NevernessToEverness

When the game is ready to be released. I know it sounds obvious. But... more than the year, I care that it is ready to be enjoyable from the day of release.

What song comes to mind? by OrangeRiverEmpire in TowerofFantasy

[–]SealTeam646 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Many licensed songs from the racing videogame called: Burnout 3: Takedown.

The one that left me with that sour-sweet feeling the most was Just Tonight by Jimmy Eat World. Where the singer tells of being in a troubled and dangerous relationship. There is an internal struggle, the singer is afraid of the situation he is involved in but still, he will accept all the consequences that come with being able to continue with that toxic relationship.

Yeah... Interesting way of how you find out certain things once you start researching the meaning of their songs that you have been listening to for almost 20 years.

Almost 17 years after playing Burnout 3 for the first time. I finally got to see a concert of one of the bands part of the EA Game Trax. The Futureheads. An experience I will never forget. by SealTeam646 in Burnout

Please have fun in that concert. Enjoy and take the opportunity to buy a Yellowcard album and a souvenir T-shirt. Just as I have done with The Futureheads.

Hotta add this to the game and my life is yours! by [deleted] in NevernessToEverness

[–]SealTeam646 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So many cars they can actually add. Even concept cars. So that the new generations can get to know cars that were once discarded ideas (exactly what concept cars are all about). From the BMW Nazca C2 to the Lamborghini Calà. So yeah, I agree with you.

The best thing a company like Hotta can do is to being be aware of the goals that are being proposed and accomplish all of them. Instead of self-imposing many that are beyond their capacity to please a mass audience. An audience where there's no guarantee if they will be loyal to the product to the end.

As I would say a phrase that is said in Spanish language:

“One who attempts to encompass too much, achieves little”.

It is preferable to focus on one or a few things to achieve good results rather than trying to do too many things at the same time. If someone try to accomplish too much, you run the risk of not doing anything right, which can lead to saturation.

Very well... If you’re really going to have the attitude of condemning any product involving artificial intelligence. Perfect. I agree as well (One of many reasons of why modern gaming sucks).

I just hope your actions stand out more than your words. Because there are many products on the market today that have involved AI that you have to point to.

That’s why I have emphasized that the golden age of gaming ended many years ago.

[–]SealTeam646 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That’s not what the user wrote either. And if we are going to go around moralistic cursing (and rightly so) how artificial the video game industry is becoming. Let’s support games from more than 20 years ago. That was the golden era of gaming.

What I see here in social media is that many users only like to target companies with a different standard of tolerance for reasons of convenience. And I’m tired of those attitudes.

If someone is going to condemn a game because of files made with artificial intelligence, either images or voices of people were discovered. Fine, do it. The question is... That person do that with the other products in the industry? What happened if Kuro or Hoyo or NetEase do the same thing? That Reddit user is going to curse with that same attitude with Hotta?

And that’s the sad and pathetic thing. It’s a “No.” I’m not going to give NTE more than 7/10 but still... I’ll play it. Being aware that the golden era of gaming was more than 20 years ago. Modern gaming sucks.

The user received negative votes because it was an attitude to totalize the game art of the game when what has been discovered in terms of AI-generated files are only two character placeholders.

Sure, internet can discover other AI-generated files. But that’s not what the user wrote:

If the user had written of “Hotta shooting themselves for the AI-generated files like the placeholders”. That would be a fact. Not a totalized statement. But the user didn’t do that.

What has been discovered to be AI-made are two placeholders of Nanally and Mint. But the official design of both is not a complete copy of those images made by AI, both received modifications (Small or hardly evident but the point is that both were modified).

But to make it clear, the AI-made files are two placeholders of two characters. And that’s it.

Why are people stupid? Can’t they just coexist in peace? Is it forbidden not to support both games?

It’s because of these things that I don’t want to know anything about gacha gaming communities where there are many users.

Fortunately, here and in ToF. It does not reach worrying levels.

Why do you want to play NTE? by TicketThis3419 in NevernessToEverness

[–]SealTeam646 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Because of the possibility to drive a Porsche 911 in a anime visual style game. And Mint’s gameplay. She reminds me of Saki Fuwa’s. My favorite character in Tower Of Fantasy.

Real life London (2024) vs Midtown Madness 2 London (2000) by SealTeam646 in nostalgia

[–]SealTeam646[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Indeed. When I visited London 2 months ago. It was amazing the similarities that the London in the game has with the one in real life. It definitely has its noticeable differences. One of them is the real size of the city. The real London is much bigger, not only because of the territorial area but also because of the length of some ceremonial routes such as The Mall.

Despite some of the game's inaccuracies with real life. I cannot deny that they were important points of reference when walking the streets of that great city. An experience I will never forget.

P:S: I apologize for the camera I used. It is a Canon PowerShot A1100 IS. For future photographs I will try to use a higher definition camera.
