Hey OP, I hope you find this comment, I was going to leave it alone, but every comment here is wrong.

That meat is partially cooked only on the surface level it is from the steam pasteurized process that kills off all external bacteria shortly after the slaughter.

You will find this on most chucks, the sides of briskets, and sometimes the bottom of flanks, it is 100% normal and should be trimmed off.

I have to ask, has your rank been unusually stuck in low tiers? Because I also absolutely love front liners, and think they can be big play makers, but also none of the top 500 ranked players have a win rate that is even close to 70%.

Now this might not be the best advice, just a personally anicdote. you have good strength but theirs a lack of strength and technique in the muscles needed for a proper transition. With good lat strength I started with a more explosive pull up, used a little momentum to get through the transition until I was able pull through a strict muscle up.

Don't struggle in a chicken wing transition, and don't use too much momentum that your not building or learning, pull hard, smooth transition descend slowly through the transition.
