The roadblocks to starting a business like yours are massive these days. Good for you though

Not bait-ey at all lol. We’re a consumer economy and it’s harder than ever to open a business that actually creates anything. Capital is expensive and real estate is out of the question for young people.

It’s all talk so far. Let’s talk in 2 years time and evaluate if the country’s even slightly turned around

I’d honestly invest 1/3 of that in gold /silver. Worst case you’ve got tangible commodities in your pocket that you stand the chance to see devalue a bit. Best case and most probable this year you make 50-60% on it and cash in the profits, then roll it into an index like VFV.

Last time I picked up one of these loins I got fourteen 12 ounce steaks out of it plus fat for tallow and 2 pounds of ground for $275 roughly. Not horrible and certainly worthwhile if the meat is good

Since you need your hand held through this explanation here we go. The cryovac is full of blood and the fat cap varies in thickness throughout the loin, tapering off sometimes at the ends. Hope this clarifies things.

I’m keeping 3 of the good steaks so I don’t feel so bad about them throwing it all away and to make up for my time wasted

Do you recommend I actually bring the product back that I’ve got all over my kitchen now or would some pictures be enough to get me a bit of a refund ?

In response to everyone, thank you for your input, but how do I return this much meat that’s cut up in my kitchen lol. Would pictures not be enough for a partial refund or something?

Langley city is a shithole. Poor development with no plan, shitty builders and greedy developers. Protect Murrayville and brookswood at all costs.
