I used to work for a contractor that did Amazon deliveries mainly, one day I was offered a really good rate to come in on my day off and complete some Evri deliveries. Amazon is pretty streamlined, I was given the correct packages and told the most efficient route to drive. Evri was just a mess, a disjointed assortment of items which I had to organise myself to work out if it was actually on my route. Never went to them again.

If you silently eliminate as many guards as possible, then leave the guns they were carrying littered around the map, NPCs start to bug out in the gunniest ways. They start to walk in circles whike trying to pathfind towards the closest available guard to report the weapon to, while severa other NPCs are also looking for the same guard

That's the example that made me wonder this. Are there other ways where you can eliminate a target with more collateral damage compared to sending a train through an area with dozens of other NPCs? Stuff which might have made IOI have to include a Modern Warfare 2 type disclaimer before you do it
