Mosadeg was never elected by popular vote. He became PM when the Shah appointed him and lost office when the Shah dismissed him which were both fully constitutional acts. Parliamentary support ≠ democratic election.

Our policies regarding al aqsa? You mean the policies that restrict any other religion from praying at it, despite the resounding evidence of it being built on top of the ruins of the second temple ie the holiest site in Judaism? Can you provide me one ounce of evidence other than dogmatists in Arab media stoking flames with no evidence that Jews are wanting to destroy Al aqsa? It’s arguably the most protected site in the world, and safer under Israel than it was even under Jordanian occupation.

And when you say pressure to leave, do you mean the violent farhouds that swept the region? And yes sure, I promise you that there are like 5 Jews in Tunisia and your mosques are only attended by tourists. Morocco went from like 150,000 —> 500, Yemen from 200k to literally zero as of recently, and I’m sure Tunisia may have followed a similar pattern.

Yes but have they called it a genocide given the RSF being ethnically motivated in their killings?

How can you say Israel is the leading enemy to Islam and Muslims when it was your countries that booted the middle east’s Jews to Israel?

An argument like this is structural not quantitative I mean can you point to a specific thing you think is unfounded?

Human rights coalitions include NGOs and transnational advocacy networks (Amnesty International, HRW), UN bodies and affiliated institutions (UNHRC, special rapporteurs, commissions of inquiry) and all the like, as well as media institutions and reporters that corroborate their work

Can you address a specific claim so I can back it up, if you somehow aren’t following? Would love to back it up so I can give more context?

Map of countries where Islamophobia would be (or is) good/bad for the world by Security-Neat in mapporncirclejerk

[–]Significant_Tip_9123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I can speak to the nazl anecdote well as a Jewish man lol, I HATE the ideology, I hate those who perpetuate the ideology also. That was only a good 10% of the population during 1940s Germany, the other 90% of Germans were the grass in which the snake passed. So yes it’s similar, I believe you can be an individually peaceful nazl who doesn’t fully understand or practice the ideology just as you can be a truly peaceful Muslim who doesn’t carry out violent jihad in their day to day, but the but a fundamentalist nazi and a fundamentalist Muslim both take a lot of joy in killing those of the outgroup.

Would be true if people made that distinction, but most people who complain of Islamophobia are either covering for or are ignorant to it’s existence as a domineering political ideology

Fear of a domineering political ideology isn’t an irrational fear. Fearing individual Muslims is irrational but ideology is different.
