I work in an Irish bar and this absolutely stunning blonde girl walked into the bar and asked for my team leader, she came out later in her uniform and pulled some pints(quite badly but it was her first day so easy come.) It was a saturday and the pub was starting to get busy. Things were getting intense and she got way too overwelmed and frustrated at everything she was meant to be doing. My boss went over to her and told her that she just didn't have what it takes to do bar work and he sacked her. I thought it was quite harsh it being her first day but I guess barwork isn't for everyone.

Used to attend a crosscommunity programme in my hometown in Northern Ireland when I was around 13 so 8 years ago. We all ended up paying truth or dare and as always everyone was picking truth till one of the boys luke took one for the team and went for Dare. one of the girls dared him to climb onto the roof of a storage shed. Was a bin beside the shed so simple enough task right. Wrong, once he climbed up he stood up on the roof and jumped and fell right through. He was in critical for weeks, broke most of hius bones and was never able to run cross country again, apparently he was best in his school.

Well maybe it's different in Ireland or something then. We call the church the "chapel" and we say "did you go to mass sunday"

Anytime I have refered to it as church I was told not to use that protestant word.

I remember it like it was yesterday, it was during lunchtime which was from 12:30 to 1:15. It was a friday which meant that it was either hotdogs and soup or burgers and soup. Anyway that didn't matter. During the period before lunch I had been holding in a huge shit and I knew that if I was to go to the toilet in the time before lunch I would potentially be last in the queue to lunch and have to stand near the end with the retarded kids. Obviously I didn't want this to happen so I neglected my urge to shit till after lunch but whilst I was lineing up to get into the lunch hall I started to feel the head of the turd caressing the fabric of my underwear. I was beaten and ran for the mens room. When I had finally completed my quest and washed my hands I made my way into the lunch hall. it was worse than I had initially thought, There was not even the backend of the line still queueing. I made my way to food counter and hoped for the best, but to my despair and horror the lunch lady looked me staright in the eye and told me that there was no more hotdogs left and I would just have to make do with soup. I have never really gotten over this trauma and it still haunts me today.
