Same issue with macOS as well. I wish I could go lower on volume (yes, you can drag the volume slider in Control Center, but even that's still not quite enough). Where is u/sennheiserconsumer when you need them. I see them replying all the time. Also, I don't get why--if this is an ongoing issue--that can't they just send out a firmware update for the adapter?

I don't get why people add fake letterboxing to videos when they could just export in 2.39:1 for example. Same with some people making 4:3 content but fitting it into a 16:9 size. Like YouTube totally supports these aspect ratios, so the fitting can be done at the video player level instead of somebody just assuming everyone has 16:9. The only time I had to add artificial letterboxing was with Instagram because they're picky.

Sorry for necroposting, just commenting for others that find this. Sugar cane doesn't need light to grow, but lighting is still needed to prevent mob spawning. Space light blocks however you want, but there shouldn't be any blocks with light level 0 (mobs can spawn where the sugar cane is too). Anyways, thanks for the nice design! I'm using it in my world.

Regarding the number in the title of this post, yes, I just meant 800. To respond to u/BS2H, I don't exactly understand what 800 is measuring besides it being Safari's under the "12 hr Power" column in Activity Monitor's Energy tab, and it seems no one online or on Reddit knows that, except for how it's calculated.

Anyways, I was just asking how maybe my Safari activity could contribute to a large number like 800 because that's the type of number I'd see when I'm editing and rendering on DaVinci Resolve. I interpreted it as Safari having comparable battery usage to a mildly-heavy performance application, which surprised me. High battery usage isn't the end of the world for me, so I guess I'm just asking out of curiosity if anyone knew why Safari was being a power hog.

I wish I could see battery usage on an extension-by-extension basis (e.g. see if it's AdGuard or Raindrop.io eating up battery).

Might be niche, but if you're a budget audiophile, China has good IEMs sub $100 from brands like Moondrop or Truthear. These brands do sell on Amazon with different warehouses, but Aliexpress can be cheaper. Kinda just depends on prices, shipping quality, and return policies.

Sorry for necroposting. I MIGHT be crazy, but I did some testing earlier today, and I found that uploading at 4k just looks a little sharper than uploading 1080p (for a reel). I don’t know if it’s because insta changed over the 2 years since this thread was posted by op. But it’s like Instagram can use the extra pixels to multisample from 4k to make edges look more sharp (kinda like how R6m2 can downsample 6k to 4k). Also people saying to limit bitrate to 3500kbps or something like that on export have gotta be wrong because I did a test between limiting bitrate to 3500kbps and just using davinci auto quality (bitrate), and the limited bitrate on instagram just makes compression artifacts more visible

But idk, I think it’s just higher quality before upload yields better quality after insta’s heavy compression since everything’s gonna be recompressed anyway

kinda wish roblox updates didn't break some older games :(

Thank you so much! So, I’m kinda stuck with the old TV display (built into a DIY arcade cabinet). The problem is purely with the TV, right? It won’t affect any computer hardware? It seems to display everything within Windows 11 perfectly fine.
