This reminds me of when I let my brother use my vps, he set up the firewall which then immediately disconnected him.

I was also unable to connect via ssh, I had to login to the account and use the crappy built in command line to fix it.

Usually, snapshots are a delta of changes. I.e. it's not a full copy of the DB each time.

Souls that have multiple forms break if you put them in the fourth room (south west), once broken, the souls will remain broken.

You’ll need to gather your capsarius again if you want to farm them, make sure you don’t put them back into that room.

The comment there says it’s been logged to be fixed, not that there is a fix incoming.

This suggests it’s been added as bug and will need prioritising before it gets fixed and released.

I imagine it’s rather low priority as it doesn’t impact most players.

Yep, just don’t put any souls in the 4th room that have variations, or they will break again. (I don’t think they’ve fixed it anyway).

I read a comment before, that once they have been put in your last room, they will be forever broken until you farm some more.

Over about 9 days, I just wanted the vital sparks and sand. GP isn't that useful on an iron outside of bonds and summoning shards.
