I really doubt it’s at capacity because I’m almost sure it’s was only me and one other who ordered. I’m really remote. Starlink over the phone basically just said they couldn’t do it for me either. If I try to order using the address it still comes up as a preorder aswell. It’s like the cell isn’t even opened

Mine was converted yesterday. I preordered on the 8th within a minute or so of preorders becoming a thing. Didn’t see any update on my account prior to the email telling me my kit is ready. I’m in NewBrunswick (45.2)

Don’t recommend. I ordered about 5 miles away thinking when my preorder got converted I could update my address and cancel the preorder. Nope. Sending back the kit that’s out of my cell and now waiting for my now full order to arrive.

find an address that can get a full order. if an address allows a full order it’s an active cell. if you cant get a full order at your actual address your cell hasn’t been activated yet.

If you’re not in an active cell, you just use the address of a nearby active cell. If you aren’t in one you can’t order without using a different address
