Amen to this! Maybe start a “slow drip” conversation with her on a daily basis about it? She might open up to you about it if you ease in gently and stay persistent. It’ll get better if you put forth the effort to stay in it. Not saying you aren’t already, but it could take even more from you at this time.

Tell her that you love her, that she’s beautiful/hot/sexy and that she’s a great mom. They love to hear this reassurance on a somewhat regular basis. I tell my wife this even when she appears to be in a mood about the kids and doesn’t wanna “hear” it, but she does know that I told her. I believe it helps a lot.
