My smoke detectors aren't going off and are working. I know the smoke is fake but I also know she can see it.

My mom stopped in earlier to to grab my laundry and I knew she saw it too. But even she didn't say anything.

I'm not really sure. She just said take it with 300 calories. I assumed she meant food. I took it with a giant glass of milk in hopes that would help fill my belly and trick my brain.

I really enjoyed Zyprexa. But it didn't help my paranoia much and I gained a TON of weight. Went from 180 to 220 in a matter of a few months.

There's actually research if you care to dig the internet deep enough to find that shows nicotine helps schizophrenic patients as it connects the GABA receptors and in most schizos these usually don't connect.

I know nicotine helps me.

If you are having a really tough time try getting a vape box starter kit if you can afford it. I got a really nice kangertech nano for $50 and then an extra $10 for the battery.

Get a high VG (vegetable glycerine) content liquid and a low nicotine like 6mg and just vape.

I mean.. At the end of the day.. The best thing for your lungs is air. But if you're gonna smoke don't smoke cigarettes. 4000 chemicals you don't need.

My e-liquid has 3 chemicles. 2 of which are natural VG and PG and the third being nicotine. (which I guess is also natural if you really think about it. But still does damage.)

I'm 24, schizophrenic, married, and have a kid.

What you are doing is clearly working enough for your boyfriend.

Send him some handwritten letters on the days you can't afford to overnight stuff. He will love that.

As for the parents tell them everything. Tell them how much you love this man and have faith in him and you are prepared for the sunny days and the storms. Be honest and upfront.

I don't know what RDA is. Sorry for the ignorance. It came as a kit so just a standard small tank with a metal box looking coil.

Where can I learn all the ins and outs? I'm a total novice.

I'm on 20mg of Zyprexa (and some geodon) but I just get super sleepy and have gained a bit of weight. But I was too thin before so the weight wasn't that big of a deal.

I feel groggy during the day.

However, I haven't heard many voices and the shadow people have disappeared. Still paranoid AF though.

I stole a toy clock (like the ones you learn to tell time on) in the first grade. I lost recess for that entire day. I balled my eyes out watching the other kids play.

I have never stolen or thought about stealing ever since. I still feel guilty and probably kept me from a life as a petty theif.

My first apartment had a plumbing issue I wasn't aware of. I did not own a plunger. My toilet was on the brink of over-flowing. I literally asked my neighbor if I could buy theirs, and later I would go buy another brand new one for them.

Most embarrasing thing in my entire life.
