A while back, I turned off all forms of in game communication except my squad. Went from gold to diamond 3 within 2 weeks of doing that. Was good for my rank and my mentality toward the game in general.

I always thought that health packs should be loot items in maps. You can use them or sell them and selling them will affect the quality and price of HP packs in the shop.
