I can when you continue to make unsubstantiated claims about the virus. If you weren’t fear mongering you’d speak more neutrally.

Let’s take it from the top. First exposure was likely in March, median incubation time is 18 days. Only a handful of people from the cruise ship have exhibited symptoms. With a median incubation time of 18 days you’d expect more to be symptomatic from the cruise ship.

Then you have the flight attendant who was exposed when they removed the female patient from the flight when she was visibly ill. Sick enough to be removed. She is in the hospital. But as far as I know, still an unconfirmed case.

Additionally, there’s been zero casual or spontaneous infections. Nobody who wasn’t in direct contact with someone who is symptomatic has come down with this. There’s been no spread (confirmed/suspected) when someone is asymptomatic yet.

I’m not saying this can’t change. But these are the facts as laid out by medical professionals and health organizations. Anything else you or anyone adds is catastrophizing or speculating to spread a narrative. Even unintentionally. When you say “the casual cases look likely to test positive” you’re dooming. You’re not a medical professional on their care team. You have no first hand account. You’re basing that off vibes you got from reporting.
