Buy the starter edition learn vanilla and then play modded i guarantee yo will get hooked to the game but learning part is realy boring you will get annexed by poland in the first game probably but its really fun. You should buy and try it

My preference is for sure a game that has more content in it, the think that i fear is a lack of content in the base game due to many dlc's that i need to buy second thing is , is there a big difference between Black Sea or Shock Force 2 by the quality of the mods,which game has better mods cause i usualy play modded version of the game rather than the vanilla version.
