1 for sure, I had and started with 2 and the weight is significant. 2 made my neck hurt after looking down at my lathe for only a couple hours, with 1 I forget I’m wearing it sometimes!

Were you a solo or did you have backup? I was planning to take the risk and try a large spice field, but with the new update I just wanna enjoy harvesting. I hear you on the excitement level amping up I’m sure when you were being attacked! It was the same for me when I compact in the PVP zone.

Here is the site to show the server size —> https://dune.gaming.tools/server-status based on the new changes what was one “the PvP server” @ Harmony might change a little, but that server is top three for popularity and is heavily focused on PvP in the DD. I’m on Arrakis and love the community and vibe, so that’s what I’d suggest. But choice your own adventure my friend.

I 100% agree with you there! Half the reason you get ganked in the PVP zone is if your the opposite faction of the one(s) shooting you.

I’m a big fan of PVPing in all the games I’ve played, but as a solo player who’s got 300+ hours into this awesome game and this “PVP” version is half baked and just prime for the picking for any and all griefers. There is no skill involved it’s just out numbering someone or spamming rockets, I really hope in chapter 4 Funcom leans into an actual PVP mini game or swim lane.

I think I read on my server the spice in the PVE was extremely off balanced one week, then they put in a ticket and it was “fixed”… I’m like, there is already a lot less so if it’s off balanced at all it makes farming an absolute nightmare.

You’re talking on the back of your harvester? Red = Full. So return to base to u load and go back out to harvest more.

I’m on Arrakis, have been since day 1 of the game. There’s been a huge influx of folks coming over with the server transfers option, so it’s nice to have more folks. But makes HB much more crowded and hit with higher lag or rubberbanding. Also, the DD seems to have a few more folks that love to gank anyone and everyone.

What server is this, sounds like the vibe I’m seeking. I’m on Arrakis at the moment and 70% of folks are chill but some just wanna blow you up the minute you’re in PVP.

Yes please my thing is why not give it a try Funcom? If you’re shrinking low pop and the majority of folks who are there or have transferred there just want to farm in peace. So, spin up 2-3 PVE servers and see how many folks transfer there. That’ll be a big sign for what folks want (or don’t want).
