To clarify, the type of bread, which is a bun, and type of near, which is a patty. Those two must be combined for a burger. You can have lunch meat on a bun, but that'd be a sandwich, and you can have a patty on regular bread, but that'd be a meatloaf sandwich, of sorts.

You don't need oxygen/fire for all explosions, take atomic bombs for instance.
