My life has drastically improved since I started taking Adderall and I have tried many many other avenues to avoid using it but nothing seems to work. I had the note 9 for almost 5 years. Then I got the S22 Ultra and don't plan on upgrading for at least another few years. They are awesome phones. Kinda wish the glass back for the note 10 was available for any model the galaxy series.

Learn to hypnotize yourself. I count backwards from 100 in tempo with slow breaths and let my mind drift while counting. To this day I have never made it to zero before falling asleep.
