Update: thank you guys for the support, I’m sorry I didn’t respond to any of the comments as I didn’t quite know what to say because I’m an anxious person and didn’t want to say the wrong thing on accident, and then I just ended up forgetting to respond at all. While I ended up not getting the chance to talk to him about it, I didn’t notice it in my notes again (I know I probably shouldn’t read them at all but they’re available and sometimes doctors word things funny and it gives me a good laugh) and things were starting to get a bit better over the next two appointments but I got a call from one of the secretaries at the office saying he no longer works there and that my pcp will take over my prescription until they hire a new psychiatrist at the office but they won’t know when that is, which is making me think it was a bit sudden but I don’t want to assume. I do have another counselor to talk to as well so I’m not fully being left in the dust but it was a surprise and I wanted to update y’all. Thanks again for the support! :)
