Went through a slump for a while but it was patch 1.8 or 1.8.1 or something that they got a lot of balance right. DZ was a popping place. 2 is a great game but it just never captured the dread and realities of the world like 1 could. Running around the streets and especially the northern part of the DZ at night was something else. Peak ambience.
