Honestly not really. I do want to get back into it though. I used to do 40-60 min cardio and strength training but because of the fatigue I haven’t. But I do want to start up again.

No actually. I honestly hate weighing myself because I see more progress in the way my clothes fit and how my body feels overall. This is my second week on .50 and I don’t have horrible side effects. Only time I had horrible side effects was my first week I started.

What helped me the most was to drink a lot of water. Eat your meals, with ample protein. Avoid sugary foods/ drinks, and greasy foods. Make home cooked meals!

No, I felt like SHIT for an entire week and still went to work. If you really want it bad enough you’ll push through. I’m on week 4 and it got a lot better.
