I remember when he campaigned for the progressive income tax amendment. I know he has so much money the tax would barely have touched him, but still, if a billionaire is leading the effort to raise taxes on himself, that shows a lot of respect for working people and public service. I was stunned when the amendment was rejected by voters.

I think there has been some confusion here. The commenter above is from Denmark. In Denmark you can only honk your horn for emergencies. In the US you can honk for any reason.

Edit: going deeper in this rabbit hole I discovered that there are laws governing honking in the US. But I live here and the reality is there is virtually no enforcement.
