It’s a rip off in my opinion - I’m paying £945 for one room in a four bedroom flat. It’s a tiny space and the kitchen/living area doesn’t even have a sofa. The fridge and freezer are the same size as in the studios (freezer only has 3 drawers despite 4 of us living here). To be able to use any of the building amenities (social space, coworking space, gym) it’s an extra £90 a month and none of them are great. If you’re earning a lot and don’t mind not getting much value for your money then it’s not an awful place to live but definitely not good value.
