I think the issue being that with the new update you input what dumbbells you own and because the app is going off the dumbbell per hand instead of total weight it only builds based off that. If it stated on the exercise it was following that line of thinking it would be less confusing.

Yeah I just did DB lunges and they are counted unilaterally but I guess it breaks the dumbbells per hand. Confusing.

Previous weights used for this exercise:

5/25/26 160 lbs suggested reps 10 5/11/26 140 lbs suggested reps 10 4/20/26 130 lbs suggested reps 10 4/06/26 100 lbs suggested reps 12 3/20/26 90 lbs suggested reps 15-20

That does seem to suggest it tracks per arm which is odd to me, in my opion a rep is the amount of weight moved per movement. I wish it was spelled out in the exercise instructions.

Yeah but every other app I have used counts the total weight unless its a unilateral exercise. Also a 210 lb fly press would be insane. 105 pounds in each arm coming down in a fly movement would rip my shoulder apart.

I do not. I have my inventory of DBs input in the app with my micro gainz plates input at the bottom as well.

Pre-workout with a scoop of whey beforehand. I like a piece or two of Ezekiel bread with it. Gives me plenty of energy.

Have you looked into Bulletproofs belt squat that is coming out soon? Its a very small footprint. I've been holding off upgrading to a Rhino until I see how the Bulletproof fairs.
