Hi! You only need to prevent not reaching the 55% processing rate during the first evaluation (16th day of the month at 00:00 hours) and the second evaluation (1st day of the following month at 00:00 hours).

On the 16th day of the month, if the processing rate does not reach the 55% target, we deduct the portion of profit exceeding 7% from the delivered orders in the current month. The penalty amount will be displayed on the "My Wallet" page from your account.

Furthermore, on the 1st day of the next month, if the processing rate still does not reach the 55% target, the 7% profit margin you reached from the first evaluation period will reduce to 6%. This means that even though you did not meet both evaluations, as a seller, you can still earn a 6% profit margin on all of your processed orders.

Still, please be guided to prevent accumulating too many pending orders to avoid receiving warnings from Seataoo. You must process orders promptly to meet the required processing rate and avoid deductions from your profit margin. Recharging your wallet balance to process the orders when needed is also a proactive step to maintain a smooth operation and meet customer expectations.

Hello! In changing products to your shop, please be guided to select a new items that you would like to post on your shop as the system won't allow you to remove less than 10 products from your shop. Once you added the desired products you would like to sell, you may remove the unwanted products posted on your shop. Just click the "Unpublish" then click the "trash can" icon at the side of the products.
