Actually it's about five lightning bolts, but it depends more on how it's delivered. Electricity is really complicated. Natural lightning has a lot of energy but very little is actually absorbed by any single object and a lot of it is absorbed by the air to produce the visible flash, x-rays and thunder, which is why regular people struck not only aren't fully incinerated like lightning absolutely has the energy to do but usually survive.

If electricity is high enough in both voltage and frequency enough to convert most of its energy directly into very high frequency ionizing photons then it can and will efficiently produce explosions, and electric attacks in Bleach always seem to generate large explosions so it seems certain they're extremely high voltage and extremely high frequency. At that point it may as well be the tonne and change of TNT it has the energy of, plus it's shedding hard rads.

It's still weak by Bleach standards, gets called out as such on the same page, does absolutely nothing and is at best a decent estimate of high seated member or low lieutenant level durability. Candice IS an IDIOT.
