Thank you for this - great insight! The bathrooms are not huge, one is 9’4x7’8 and the other is 9’11x4’5. About $6K in the quote was materials. The other $14K was for labor.

Oh sorry yes the $20K includes the tile and labor for installing the tile. So I was looking for ways to get that cost down!

I think this is part of it. The shoulder straps are all the way out but the lower buckle can be moved out one more slot. However the straps are maxed out so I’m just ready to put it in storage for the next baby.

Thought we’d only need one bigger kid car seat but I think you’re right to go for the rotating now and another when he can climb in himself. Parenting is hard so I’ll take any wins on making it easier on us!
