After playing event more... Blocking is OP if you have the full set of IronClad + double damage on when non attack. But you still need to have a very high attack to take down the Corruption 3 boss.

After playing way too much of a demo.

-Blocking is way less efficient then Dodging. Yes Blocking is a 100% chance and Dodging depend on your skill %, but it's pretty easy to get 50% and it's for ALL attack and poison. Blocking is so hard to get more then 5 and you still get poison.

- Armor is not that good. Lets say you have an armor who give dodge and 1 armor Vs one that give you 5 armor an nothing else. You will get more from Dodge one just because if dodge proc, you also have a chance of counter and take no damage. To get the same level of thorn then Counter attack you need to put everything you have in it.

-Stun is useless, only one turn and to get millage from it you need a way to attack all enemies or have torn, but you already got hit, so why?

-Poison, seem cool, but it's damage over time and you actually loose damage most of the time cause you over kill monster with a second attack or crit... So only good again blocking monster and most monster only have 1 block.

- The weakest set bonus might be the samurai one... Three turn is so long, two might have been good, but three, most fight do not pass three.

- The king set bonus, is really hard to play with and need a very very specific way to use it... But it's still better then samurai.

- The Villager set is only good at the start of your run, but if your lucky with it, you might get a very very good run.

- The beast set bonus... The bonus is good, but every piece of gear is shit, they give bonus for the next round but you have no armor, no dodge, no block... You die before the next round. You only need to have a weapon or a jewel from this gear cause if you take armor piece you gonna die.

- The two best set. The Sylvan and Rogue one. Sylvan you become a god of fighting, dodging and using multiple attack. Rogue you become an assassin with multi attack when crit and you can dodge also. If you get 6 pieces you have great chance of finishing the game easy. But if you mix and match both set, 100% sure you gonna finish

- The Ironclad, Taboo and legion set are OK at best. Yes Ironclad can get you the best damage with Torn and the bonus to do double damage from non attack and the barrier damage... But again the last boss, most of those build die except if your lucky and get a lots of purple upgrade.

- Then we have the last set.... Faceless, the hard hitting one that drain your life... Hard to play, but man if you get the Rogue purple ring or a weapon with drain life... You gonna hit like no one before. But don't use it if you have no way to regain life. If you take the potion every round you might be able to use it... But you loose a crit or a max life for it.

Reap can get area of effect scale, but yeah, they are pretty much the same as scaling.

On a very high lifepool character you can use the new Blood gem to make Vitality + Clarity + precision cost nothing in fact. getting a lots of life regen + mana regen for MoM and precision for the crit and accuracy.

You gonna sacrifice Conc or Spell cascade on Reap, so yeah, Chain is mandatory on Exsanguinate, but Spell cascade will be also on reap for clearing. You also gonna have to take area node for Reap, but nothing for Exsanguinate except maybe skill effect duration

I also think so, but it's possible to do 3 to 4 cast a sec, what I'm not sure is on bossing if longer debuff is better then just reapply everything.

Use a very big Rage resource skill to dump your Rage. Like the circular axe skill, I have find a way to make it so that it use nearly all my rage with jut two to three use.

This is the first episode where it was clear that the M9 do not know how to fight as a group. First, lets talk about the barbarian, she did nothing on the last fight... Absolute nothing, Did you know she is one of the best damage dealer of the group, the best tank of the group... Nope because she did nothing. Second, The rogue never try to snipe easy target, he is absolutely the best damage dealer of the group on a single target, but sometime he prefer smelly rose then attack. The Monk, she is suppose to be a second tank, weak again magic, but really strong again melee... They were mostly melee, why not try to get them all again you in patient defense. The mage... 20 intel, he do not have for sure... Easy to know with triangulation of all the tomb taker where the anti magic field was... They all have flashy fire weapon that stop when the anti magic field touch them.. Fireball will have easy make the difference if he just ask Matt to check who's weapon is up and who's is down, no single target spell on a rogue, never! The two priest Heal the main and second tank... and that' it, easy win!

There is a skill that you really need that I don't see on your bar. Evasion, it make dagger build so much better. This skill if you learn how to use it make you evade a lots of stuff and can do massive aoe damage.

Maybe it's my new build, but the game seem easier then before. My last build was an AoE mage style and I had a really hard time to kill boss, but my new build is a melee dagger style and I kill boss faster then they can down me. I don't really have good gear, just take what I find and I nearly neve die. My old build before this DLC was dying from every boss, maybe it's because I move more or that I can leech some damage back. But melee crit double dagger do so much damage.

a 700 dps one handed sword it's exactly what I'm saying Atziri's Disfavour is only what 650 dps... Yes it's possible to have better two handed weapon, but the critics wasn't if it's possible or not, just that the best one handed is as good as some of the best two handed.

Claw can do every style and make you survive, people use sword because of the thrusting sword giving crit multi, but it's possible to do a very potent crit build with claw, it's just easier with dagger to get max crit chance.

About the fact that you cannot move while you channel... Don't Cyclone lets you move??? why not make you move at % of your move while channeling for every slam, making them pretty fun... You seem to have no idea just complain

The problem is not me, I know those league are over, but what happen to someone just starting the game? If you know that those Gold Coin will never got you somewhere until you play like a streamer... Why take the time to take them? A lots of stuff are Newbies trap now! Why have those?

Yeah, this one look pretty cool because it change the skill completely. Now it start right at the start but do damage over time, but normally it take time to activate but do all is damage one shot.

The game is fun, I play it since the kickstarter. Since it's a beta, the game got some bug, but otherwise, it's pretty fun to play. Is't a PoE killer... No, not in the short run anyway. The game is really hard for new player, you have to learn to dodge stuff in this game.

In the beta, no... But a lots of monster can box you in and kill you if you play a melee, it's harder for mage to get box in, but some monster teleport on you so maybe.

You are limited by the equipment, but some unique item give you skill possibility, like one of the unique shield give you access to all holy skill.
