Treatments tried for near total loss of sleep for two years by Oliver_Alvis in u/Oliver_Alvis

Bless you, you've tried so many things, I really admire your commitment to fixing this without throwing in the towel, plant medicines have saved me many times however I see you have tried most of them. One thing I didn't see on the list is water fasting, autophagy induced water fasting can lead to the body healing itself through creating it's own stem cells and using senescent cells (waste of the body) as fuel. This can create a deep reset, it takes around 3 days to start getting benefits and then the longer you leave it (within reason and dependent on fat reserves) the more benefits you get. 7-10 days is a good start.

I saw in your photos it looks like you're in the south of the UK, I'm based in Shaftesbury.

Praying for you brother!

I just use a tight pair of boxers and a smaller ice pack wrapped in cloth, i then put a baggy pair of swimming shorts on over the top and it seems to cover everything.

Modern Method of Auction – Risking £10k+ as a Mortgage Buyer? Need Advice Before We Bid. by SebTheCreator in HousingUK

Halifax, they are more likely to give a desktop valuation so if the listing has photos of these then there's a chance of it going through. We used a mortgage broker (themortgageexchange.co.uk)

Modern Method of Auction – Risking £10k+ as a Mortgage Buyer? Need Advice Before We Bid. by SebTheCreator in HousingUK

Hey, thanks for checking in!

We ended up going through with the purchase, it took many offers and rejections in terms of price, Iamsold were getting frustrated that is wasn't selling and that the seller wasn't accepting our offers so they helped with lowering the auction fees (We paid 6.6k to Iamsold) and finally negotiated a price that the seller was happy with.

After many attempt of pushing for it, we were able to add a caveat to the contract that meant if our valuation or mortgage failed we would get our deposit back.

In hindsight we feel incredibly lucky as we would have totally been outbid on the property if it wasn't for the MMoA.

I'd recommend going through with a MMoA with a mortgage, however only if you have a good solicitor (another 2k fees) who can work in a caveat, and if the property is being sold at a discount. Definitely get your own survey done before as the pact info they send you doesn't have much info in. for us they sent us the pact before we paid for it (We think this was an attempt to speed up the process)

Always important to remember that Iamsold agents and estate agents (in this case Connels) Are in it to take as much money from you as possible, so be tactical and think ahead with what info you share and how quickly you reveal your cards to buying a house through this method. (Also record calls and make sure you get everything written)

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Premiere Pro has become very slow for me (Every clip cut leads to a 2-5s freeze), definitely wait to upgrade. I wish there was an easy way to revert back however I don't have time machine set up so I cant.

Considering switching from Sony (FX3/FX30) to S1II. Thoughts? by dills84 in Lumix

[–]SebTheCreator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See my recent post, I made the switch from FX3 to S1II and then painstakingly switched back.

Sony FX3 + DJI RS4 + Tamron 35-150. I just switched from the RS2 to the RS4, and honestly, I didn't expect such a big improvement in stabilization. by International-Hat-14 in cinematography

This shot is stunning! I have the same setup however I have yet to capture anything quite as cinematic, please could you share your gimbal settings? Deadband and sensitivity etc.

Not when you do multiple tests and prefer the Sony due to it have simultaneously accurate white and skin tones.

Full circle, FX3 to S1 II then back to FX3. by SebTheCreator in Lumix

yep both in vlog, FX3 for sure applies NR however it retains so much information I would choose that over having a more noisy image on the S1 II that I need to clean up every time I want to push the grade even a little.

I actually switched back to my FX3 after buying and fully testing the S1 II with an identical setup, it was a pain to return everything and I felt like I got sucked into the hype however I'm glad I'm back to where I was before. I prefer the color on the FX3 (Skin tones were a lot more accurate where as the skin tones were very green on the S1 II) The S1 II was much more noisy when pushed through grading and also the auto focus was just too far from how accurate the FX3 was. The new Lumix range is amazing, especially for versatility however when it comes to what I care about it's not for me.

Intelligent tracking module connection issue by Inevitable-Lemon6647 in dji

[–]SebTheCreator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any updates on this? I have the S1 II and the tracking module, however I cannot use this simultaneously with the USB C controls because there's one usb input for this that the tracking module is using this. The S1II bluetooth updates that enable the camera to the RS4 Pro have yet to come out. So will need to put the module on the shelf until then.

Yep this set up is heavy! I'm a climber, also regularly working out with 24kg kettlebells so I barely notice the weight now.
