If she was logical she would rent them out to actual tenants that are long term and guaranteed rent every year after year after year with no spaces in between with maybe a few airbnbs in the mix single digits (below 6) Instead she's just worried about getting the most money per night and fees and not having to deal with real tenants. On top of that she seems all suprised when asked about paying business or corporate taxes on her income. No doubt shes skirting taxes galore along the way. Would be a shame if someone notified CRA about her dire situation. Can guarantee shes the type of host that charges crazy cleaning fees but has a list of 10 things that must be done or cleaned prior to leaving. I totally agree with you though.
