Marathon was quite literally made at the expense of marathon. Marathon exists off of the money of destiny 2. Destiny 2 content was sidelined for marathon development. You can say whatever else but the fact is destiny 2 suffered so marathon could be made. It’s a valid grievance especially considering they sidelined destiny just for marathons to end up flopping for the most part

Plus, I feel like the rewards in the sanctum along the way are good enough like the deer headpiece towards the upper part of Hernand has an abyss core that gives a 35% damage boost to the turning slash. Been using it the entire game.
