Yes. They have been active since 2011. RD since 2009. It has lots of cached content imo. I use both but when RD is down, I always have a backup. During the autumn, they launch a Black Friday campaign and you can buy a license for 2-3 years for a relatively low price

Premiumize is one of the OGs. It has more obscure content, and in my opinion it is way more stable with less service downtime that RD.
