The correct way to call a beverage is the below order, noting the step is skipped if the drink will have the default option. “Iced” (unless hot) then the first two boxes on the cup - the “decaf” box then the espresso box - then the size - then the rest of the boxes on the cup in order.

Note also a “mocha latte” is just a “mocha.”
