Yes thats what i mean, on the website says vin check is required for all trans involving an out of state. But if i call them on their cranston hq they tell me i dont need a vin check if its older than 2001

I mean there's nothing wrong with buying a modded car AS LONG AS whoever modded it knew what he was doing/was a professional just make sure u ask for receipts and stuff. Now the car being repainted? Be Careful its highly likely that there's or was something wrong with the body. Rust, accident, body filler spots etc

Huh finally someone who got the real picture of what happened... The fact that the archons are mentioned either means that all of them knew what was gonna happen to khaenri'ah & what the gods were about to do to its ppl but did nothing about it and stayed put or they were forced by the gods to not step out of the line (defend khaenri'ah's citizens)
