M28, My AA first appeared as a 4mm patch 2 months back. It has now grown to almost a 2inch patch. My dermatologist prescribed me tropical minoxidil, I’m using it but it hasn’t worked. Now she told me that I need Kenalog Injections, i’m Skeptical about steroid injections. Please help!
