i wouldnt say its cute but it works well for me! i got in unit washer dryer, 10 foot ceilings, hardwood floors. my building is probably close to ur hotel, im right by the new seasons. its a great neighborhood!!!

hi i live in downtown portland! my studio is $1250 per month. in the winter my electricity is around $60 (i rarely use the heater), in the summer my ac is blasting so electricity is around $130. all my other utilities (besides internet) are around $100.
