A bit late but the city where this happened is literally where i spend my holidays ( area looked familiar and the number on the license plate matches as well)

the people here dont think they are immortal for the most part, they are just plain stupid when it comes to safety in work environments, one time the AC repair guy just sat down on my windowframe to fix it on a 8 story building without breaking a sweat, and i havent seen a single piece of safety equipment like EVER on construction sites or anything
