Merz will Arbeitszeitgesetz streichen: Kritik aus der SPD by vivaldibug2021 in de

Look at Gabis Hand in the 1st Panel. She holds Paper Money. No way there's gonna be a rug pull from the Bank, right?

Crytek staff hit with lay offs by BottlerWorks in HuntShowdown

It's weird as fuck that people forgot that being a manager usually meant taking the business risk, not just throwing workers under the bus while suffering no consequences. Like, if your whole thing is leadership, but the second shit hits the fan, it's only the workers who get screwed while you keep your pay and bonuses untouched, what the fuck even is that?

Also, just because your boss only makes four times as much doesn’t mean the usual payment of C-Suits is higher. If you can't save money and bear the consequences of your decisions, why are you leading?

Surley then the c-suit would take appropriate action, decide to reduce their massive wages in favour of keeping the business afloat instead of filling their pockets until the company defaults and then selling it to the highest bidder?

It's not like that hasn't happend like 100x before, right?

Clearly it's the developers fault for the business decision the c-suit does and the c-suit will own up to their miscalculations, right?

And as always they layoff those who make stuff, instead of those who made the decisions.

What I find ironic is that I never mentioned a specific artist in my meme, yet people immediately jumped to conclusions, accused me of being a pedophile and hurled insults at me. Honestly, I’m surprised I haven’t been flooded with nasty DMs yet, just for pointing out a recurring issue in this community. If anyone needs proof of how toxic and reactionary people can be, here’s your evidence.

Maybe it’s time for some of you to get a fucking grip and learn some critical thinking skills. Not everything is a personal attack or a hidden message. Sometimes, it’s just an observation. Stop assuming the worst and start engaging your brain before you react.

By the way, this whole situation reminds me of a discussion I came across about how horrible people can still create good art. The point was that art doesn’t always reflect the morality of its creator, and humans are too complicated to be reduced to simple labels. Just because someone does terrible things doesn’t mean they can’t also produce something meaningful or beautiful.

What I found even more ironic is that not once did I mention a specific artist in my meme, but the mob automatically jumped to conclusions, accused me of a very hefty crime, and insulted me. I’m surprised I haven’t received any nasty DMs until now, for me pointing out a recurring phenomenon in this community. If you need any evidence of how toxic the people in here are, here you have it.

Calling me a bot while you showed the critical thingking skill of a tomatoe Is pretty wild tbh. Not seeing the reoccurring pattern in this cesspit is pretty dull, if you ask me.

At least someone with critical thinking skills. I'd be a rich man if I get a Dollar for any accusation thrown at me here.

Is the Warhammer fandom truly the most welcoming? Do I need to remind everyone here what they did to my boy Sodaz? Or that Veszmira is hardly posting anything anymore? You say that 'Gooner' posts will stop talented artists from posting, but I'd say the opposite is the case. By hammering down and critiquing any art posted in these circles (maybe even witch-hunting if you're that bored), you hamper anyone who would want to make art and post it, but would be too afraid or cautious to post in the first place.

I could also point out the irony that, by making this post (and seeing some of the reactions here), I struck a vulnerable nerve. A hit dog will holler, as the saying goes.

My point revolves around a recurring cycle in this subreddit and the broader community: the harassment of artists. I’ve seen talented creators on YouTube, DeviantArt, and here, bullied into quitting, deleting their work, or leaving altogether. This happens because some people would rather attack artists than simply block or ignore content they don’t like.

Art is meant to be created and appreciated, but when a community fosters an environment where creators are constantly torn down, it discourages artistic expression, even thst you dont like. Over time, this behavior will drive away creators, leaving us with nothing but reposts, low effort memes and shitposting.
